Kundalini Yoga in De-addiction Centre

One day introduction Kundalini Yoga workshop was held at the Akal De-addiction Centre at Cheema in district Sangrur, Punjab. I read about this centre from http://www.sikhnet.com/ about a year ago, and made up my mind to do some workshops there, when ever time permits.
In the month of oct, 2009 a workshop was materialised with the grace of Guru. This was the first time the inmates did Yoga, and all loved it. The effect was immediate, tears were rolling from the inmates eyes as they chanted, meditated and did the age old Kriyas.
Dr. Sanjeev Kumar, the medical officer incharge of the centre have been so much touched by this one workshop that he is now planning to have regular workshops and also including Kundalini Yoga as part of the De-addiction program.
